For some reason my account was locked until I upload a copy of my driver's license or state ID. But when I click the link to start the process. I'm unable to proceed past the first step. It keeps saying m.gobank.com says: length cannot be less then zero. Parameter name: length. Please help

I can''t view my transaction History on the website or my app. It just keeps spinning. This has been for the last 3 days. I have money missing out my account and can't see where it went too. Also they owe me $16 that they took out my account to transfer to my other account and never did. Every time I call I,m put on hold for ever then, when they do answer, they tell me they have to send me to disputes. when they send me over, I'm on hold again forever than, the phone will just cut you off. I sent a message to customer service. they sent back a message for me to dispute the process. Which I already did.

All of a sudden i cant use my debit card and the hold times are ridiculous or they call back and no one is there.

Every Bank has hacks or crashes or "maintenance" which causes access to be suspended temp.
But OTHER BANKS NOTIFY YOU BEFORE, DURING, OUR AFTER an outage and offer an apology.
Yesterday's outage 1/24 lasted most of the day, and not only did they not notify before or during, but they still have not explained or apologized.
This is a sign of utter disregard for their customers.
Needless to say, I will be finding a substitute.
But OTHER BANKS NOTIFY YOU BEFORE, DURING, OUR AFTER an outage and offer an apology.
Yesterday's outage 1/24 lasted most of the day, and not only did they not notify before or during, but they still have not explained or apologized.
This is a sign of utter disregard for their customers.
Needless to say, I will be finding a substitute.
