I have tried to log-in through my computer and phone but it keeps saying that an unexpected response has been received from the server. It won't even bring the log-in page up on my pc

Is anyone else finding it isn't taking payments? Two air readers on different wifi different phones, reset everything and it still fails after card has bleeped saying error occurred in card transaction process. Nightmare - busy farm with queue of people.
