I have been trying to get a connection with my iPhone.
I have a Defeway 4 Channel DVR
System V4.02R11.31152081.10001 version
I have Port Fowarded the deault Port to 34567 and entered the LAN IP of the device in my Router.
I have put in the correct Router WAN IP address in the app.
Entered the Port in the App.
I keep getting Error code 100000 or 999993
HELP. I've had it working before and now it's stopped!!!

When I access device in my account I get error 99993 on my mobile device. But can access live feed on another mobile device

I have had nothing bu trouble with my Sannco WI go system since it was installed over 2 years ago.
It keeps tripping to my phone !!! We have fibre option straight into out home. Here in Northern Ireland.
Brings up error after error code. Fault lies with Sannco system !
Thinking about ripping it out and getting a new system in.

My app won’t work. I can only view from my phone when I’m at home on wifi. When I’m out it won’t let me access the cameras
