Hi been using your setup for 4 years now as I have cctv at work
I now have a big problem please can you help
I have logged in with the right use name
And right password all ok
At work with WiFi it works lovely
Then when I’m away from work on 4G 3G
Or on my home WiFi it stops working
All I get is a

I changed the clock last night around 11pm, because the clocks were going forward. And now I can see it hasn't recorded anything since that time! What have I done?

I view the cameras on my android phone .earlier today working fine .now it takes me to device list page and not direct to my cameras .no option to go to cameras it's like there now not there .how do I fix this issue please .

I can see cameras on my local network bu cannot see cameras in remote locations i.e. parents and in laws This is the main reason for having this service.

when i log in to xmeye from phone it says username or password is failure, ive not changed anything, was working fine earlier today

Has been working for years, started up a couple of months ago for new season, Birds been checking out nest-box daily. Got some good videos & photos day/night. Today ok in the morning then just stopped working arrrrh... Cleared cache, checked for updates, refreshed app. Closed phone/ re-opened. Checked power supply. Checked WiFi. Not connecting!
