Got a email stating that I had correspondence on the des.nc.gov website. The website is not responding at all. I hope that the problem gets resolved soon.

Have been trying all morning to file my weekly certification, I can't get in as the site keeps crashing. Also, got an e-mail last night telling me I had new correspondence from DES in my documents folder, but I can't access that so I have no idea what is going on. It is so discouraging that our state government will not allocate enough resources to keep DES operating properly in a time of pandemic problems. But I guess that it is not just NC, seems like a lot of states have the same issues.

System is still down or at least I'm getting the same message this Monday morning.

https://claims.ui.des.nc.gov/CSS/

In an ongoing effort to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, DES will be taking the system down from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. each night for the foreseeable future in order to make system changes, upgrades and improvements. These improvements are being made to increase system stability and to make programming changes for the new federal programs. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience as we make necessary adjustments to the system during this unprecedented event.
