"In an ongoing effort to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, DES will be taking the system down from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. each night for the foreseeable future in order to make system changes, upgrades and improvements. These improvements are being made to increase system stability and to make programming changes for the new federal programs. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience as we make necessary adjustments to the system during this unprecedented event.

i call the # and wait for 20mins at a time to get cut off and have to try again with no luck reaching a real person!!

I don't know what's going on I hope they are updating people profiles because the website is not working.
