not working again!! opens the program and searches but nothing after that won't play track and won't download. time this was sorted please.

mp3 jam is not downloading or playing anything at the moment, used to be fine on my windows 8.1 laptop just installed it on new windows 10 laptop and every download is a failure
can't even listen to any tracks'
did the usual crap which annoys me greatly as nobody should have to faff about for ages to get their money's worth, made sure everything was updated to the latest version went as far as flushing the dns with the same result still unable to download or play anything any advice would be nice.

been having this problem since 2019, if you could not fix it why are you still up. return everyone's money and start over

I see a lot of complaints, and I DONT see any answers from MP3Jam. I, too, have paid for the lifetime service and am disappointed my money is now gone for nothing.
