Latest MP3-version is still not downloading!!

I tested the latest MP3 jam verrsion (update) yesterday, unfortunatelly it is still not downloading (see atachment pdf)
Can you please check and fix it a.s.a.p.
Me and many other clients have paid for a 100% working software.
Thankts in advance for your understanding.

Google the latest version of Mp3jam (currently 1.1.5.7). Download it, install it, and, with a bit of luck, it will start playing and downloading again. It worked for me-:)
If you are using Window 10 Home version, like I am, Windows might inform you that 'Protected access folder is blocked'. Go to that folder and click on 'select unblock folder' and then continue to download Mp3jam.

MP3Jam Solution: I finally got it working after failed downloading messages, this may have been caused by some windows security updates.
Firstly remove/uninstall current version and clear all leftover files, I use Revo Uninstaller which works great to remove all debris left behind my uninstalled apps. Also run Advanced Systemcare & Ccleaner to clear all caches & will also fine tune registry & restart PC...
install latest version, add this app to exclusion settings in AV and Firewall settings. That worked for me, now downloading songs fine.

Since you cant buy electronic and industrial music in stores around minnesota, i believe they should keep these online programs running.
