MP3Jam used to work for a couple of months after i paid for it, now it fails to download, i was afraid of sending any money because i figured this program would be a rip off.

If you have Microsoft Edge try downloading the YouTube Music app. First open the browser, and in the address bar type YouTubeMusic.com. When YouTubeMusic loads in your browser, click on settings and more (the three dots on the top right-hand corner of your browser). Move your mouse down to Apps. If YouTube app is showing, click on it and select download. The YouTube app should appear on your browser and an icon on you taskbar. Click the icon and select pin to taskbar. Now select the music you want and play it. Go to the top right-hand corner of YouTube Music app, click on the three dots. A drop-down box should appear. Click on 'copy URL'. Go to Mp3jam, open it, paste the URL in the search box then click search. Click the download arrow and see if the music plays. If not, you could try downloading '4K video down loader', free version, and try that.

I have been having the same problems as everyone else. ARE you going to do something about it or just sit back and laugh that you've taken a lot of money in with no results. Shame on you!! I'm really mad,you use to be such a great site to download music. Now, I don't know.

MP3Jam hasn't been working for months. Even the so called update is as bad as the previous release. It's a big con.It'll find what your looking for but sure as hell won't let you download it.

program will not open up on computer. Have tried the various ideas listed on here ie, clear cookies, go to the configur, cleared both explore and crome to no avail......
