I'm getting error code 99993 Network time-out, & have been for the past 2 weeks since an update on my android phone & on iPad. Can no longer see my cctv via an app. Now what?

The app cant show my cctv anymore since last update on 28 apr 2020. Its being said that error prompt with error code -11307

The app updated yesterday 28/4 and now although the system appears to be live and the cameras are ticked, they will not display when you click on them
