same as everyone else. Can not remotely view my cameras whilst on Mobile Data (4G) on my Android phone. Works OK when connected to home WiFi though. Please fix ASAP.

With in the last few weeks we have lost all network connections to the cloud on 5 machines.
Our IP cameras on the system are dead also. DVR works fine on regular video when onsite but no internet connection.
Tried a restart, reboot and DHCP setting again but it will not connect to cloud on any of the 5 DVR's
Any help would be Very Thankful
