Mp3jam download folder is not opening once I downloaded the music file ( yellow folder ) . Iam using windows 10 , is this a error on MP3 Jam system or is there a solution for this that I can fix . I have a lifetime membership. Thank you for your time .

I just paid for it and its not downloading music, I get a message saying download failed.

Try downloading the latest version: 1.1.6.0 - I downloaded this version on 25.7.2020. Unbelievably, it's been working for me ever since, so far so good, without any problem whatsoever. You can find this version at Mp3Jam.org (the preferable official Mp3Jam website, which I tried!). Just type the following in your browser search bar: Mp3Jam.org 1.1.6.0 - It might be worth giving it a try. Finally, if it does work for somebody out there, I'd be pleased if someone could let me know. Good luck!

Working fine then just stopped downloading, tried all the fixes, no go.

I have paid for MP3jams, but still when I download a song, I get download fail. There was no hesitation on getting paid, but trying to get this resolved turned out to be a real pain. I tried all the resetting and checking the internet. Everything on my end is working, but still no MP3jams.

Once in a while I will have problems downloading music. I have to enter my MP3jams code again. I cannot find an MP3jams site that I can enter my code in. Usually it has an upgrade screen, but I cannot find this anywhere. 08/02/2020
