    Is it possible to provide a very simple answer with simple directions as to what we can do to get this working please? Everything loads up okay, everything looks fine, however you cannot play the song or download it. Internet is working perfectly and at a very good speed. Please advise, surly it’s not that difficult to send an idiot guide out so we can enjoy MP3jam as normal!

    Still the same just get download failed so I loaded it onto another computer still the same result fails to download the tunes .I have paid for this it is not good enough .WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO DO ABOUT IT??????
